Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to hire a Business Analyst.

The Job

• Collate and manage all details related to applications under the assigned business vertical — including systems interfacing information, data content being posted, and data held within the application.
• Support the user community on business queries and provide guidance to improve system usage in daily BAU activities.
• Understand the scope of projects and associated changes, supporting the Project Manager in impact assessments. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.
• For projects with impact, play a governance role to ensure that system and data design requirements from source to core processing align with the bank’s strategic data flow strategy.
• Collate and rationalise stakeholder requirements, and conduct walkthrough sessions with the team.
• Partner closely with the team during solutioning to ensure that business solutions are designed for long-term sustainability, standardization, no-operations design, and front-end configuration efficiency.
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approaches and sign‑off criteria to stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
• Oversee overall UAT management, including timeline planning, batch run coordination, re-run requirements, and management of testers’ results.
• Prepare proper documentation on data flow, system design, business solutioning, and testing approaches in accordance with predefined templates.
• Additionally, the team is seeking individuals with experience in digital transformation or delivery. Experience with chat‑based or voice‑based bots will be considered a strong advantage.
