Business Analyst ( IBM Curam / Case Management Migration)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a case management system migration project from IBM Curam to CaseCentral. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse existing processes, define requirements, and support the successful implementation of the new platform.

• Salary Package: Up to $9000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for the migration from Curam to CaseCentral.
• Analyse existing Curam workflows, business rules, and case management processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for the new system.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Support data migration analysis, system integration, and gap analysis between Curam and CaseCentral.
• Prepare process flows, business requirement documents (BRD), and functional specifications.
• Support system testing, UAT coordination, and defect management.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of Business Analyst experience in system implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience working on case management systems or government systems is preferred.
• Exposure to IBM Curam or similar social service / case management platforms is highly advantageous.
• Experience in system migration or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with UAT, process mapping, and requirement gathering methodologies.
