Our client in Maritime transportation is looking for a Lead AI/ Data Analyst to join their team.

Your new role

• Design and deliver enterprise analytics solutions, ensuring strong data models, quality, and reporting standards.
• Lead development and deployment of AI solutions including copilots, predictive models, and automation.
• Translate business needs into measurable AI and analytics use cases with reliable, explainable outputs.
• Drive enterprise Power BI adoption, governance, performance optimization, and self‑service analytics readiness.
• Mentor analysts, uplift technical capabilities, and ensure high‑quality delivery across analytics and AI initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to translate requirements, manage delivery, and communicate progress and value.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ hands‑on experience in data analytics, BI, or AI roles.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a senior or lead technical capacity.
• Strong Power BI skills, including DAX, modelling, optimization, and governance.
• Solid background in data integration, data modelling, and modern analytics platforms.
• Experience with AI tools, automation, predictive models, or copilots is a strong advantage.
