This is a 6-months contract role.

Our client, a global tech giant is seeking a Data Analyst to support and optimize internal operational processes across multiple vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze large operational and advertising datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, BigQuery, and other BI platforms to support data-driven decision making.
Develop and monitor operational metrics, performance indicators, and analytical models to evaluate program performance and business impact.
Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and advertising operations to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover drivers of operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflows, processes, and support models.
Build automated reporting pipelines and data queries to streamline recurring reporting and improve data accessibility across teams.
Support operational initiatives by providing analytical insights that guide resource allocation, capacity planning, and process optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurement frameworks and track the success of operational and advertising programs.
Ensure data quality and integrity across reporting systems while maintaining clear documentation of metrics definitions, reporting logic, and analytical processes.
Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations, dashboards, and executive-ready insights.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in data analytics and SQL querying skills and experience working with large-scale datasets in data warehouse environments (e.g., BigQuery).
Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with digital advertising ecosystems, AdTech platforms, campaign performance metrics, or online media operations will be good to have.
Ability to build dashboards, data models, and automated reporting pipelines to support operational decision-making.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex analytical insights into business recommendations.
Experience performing root cause analysis, trend analysis, and performance measurement for operational or customer-facing programs
