Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Able to manage full spectrum of the accounting function in the company
- To lead and manage in the preparation, checking and processing of invoices, delivery orders, trade documents, payments etc
- To ensure timely closing of full set of accounts and preparation of financial statements and related management reports
- To prepare GST and taxation returns
- Coordinate and handle any inter-company billing and reconciliations
- To oversee the yearly audit and preparation of statutory financial statements
- To manage administration functions like timesheet management, expense claims management, requisition purchasing, insurance, licensing, company secretarial services, loans, treasury, legal contracts related activities etc
- To liaise with banks, auditors, corporate secretary, insurance companies, CPF & IRAS as appropriate
- To support HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, work pass application, leaves management, maintain employees’ record and doing up HR-related letters and other correspondences
- Other finance and administration duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years relevant experience in handling full set financial accounting experience
- Meticulous, efficient, responsible and a team player
- Able to work under minimum supervision in a fast moving environment
- Experience in SAGE Accpac accounting software preferred
