Job Description

Shift Requirement:
12-hour shift (7 AM – 7 PM) Schedule: Work 2 days / 2 days off Standby Requirement: 24 × 7 standby supports required

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls gateways, load balancers, and network segmentation technologies across multi-vendor environments.
  • Operate and maintain Cisco ACI data center fabric, Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA) campus networks, and Cisco Secure Network Analytic (SNA) platforms.
  • Manage and maintain enterprise firewall platforms including Palo Alto and Checkpoint, ensuring secure connectivity, traffic inspection, and policy enforcement.
  • Configure and maintain secure network connectivity using IPSec VPN, SSL/TLS encryption, and 802.1x authentication protocols.
  • Monitor network health and performance using enterprise monitoring and analytics tools to proactively detect faults, capacity issues, and performance degradation.
  • Configure and maintain network monitoring, logging, and analytics platforms to improve operational visibility and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Support Network Access Control (NAC), IP address management systems, and network segmentation frameworks to maintain secure and compliant network access.
  • Support deployment and lifecycle management of SD-WAN infrastructure, including configuration, site onboarding, and maintenance across enterprise WAN environments.
  • Integrate network infrastructure with security monitoring platforms, including IDS/IPS and threat monitoring systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues across data center, campus, and WAN environments, ensuring timely resolution according to service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to support incident response, system upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
  • Develop network automation scripts using tools such as Python or Ansible to improve operational efficiency and configuration consistency.
  • Maintain network documentation, configuration baselines, and operational runbooks while supporting internal and external audit requirements.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise network implementation, operations, and troubleshooting.        
  • Experience working in multi-vendor enterprise network environments.

Cisco ACI        
Cisco SD-WAN

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of enterprise routing and switching protocols.       
Hands-on experience with:   Cisco Software Defined SDA) Cisco Secure Network SNA) Palo Alto Firewalls   Checkpoint Firewalls

  • Experience with IPSec VPN, SSL/TLS encryption, NAC, and network segmentation.
  • Understanding of network security frameworks and zero-trust architecture.
  • Familiarity with network automation tools such as Python or Ansible.

Certifications

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification preferred.
