Enterprise Systems Engineer

We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in developing their technical and systems capabilities to join our team as Enterprise Systems Engineers. Our Engineers play a critical role in enabling operational excellence by designing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise IT systems that power our manufacturing and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure and take part in the implementation and maintenance of the company's enterprise systems. (E.g. QMS software, HRMS Software, etc)

• Support in the implementation of new software solutions and system upgrades to support evolving business and operational needs.

• Maintain and improve the in-house developed IT applications and web applications.

• Support and guide users in the use of data analytics tools and platforms, including Microsoft Power Platform.

• Administrator Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate) and provide technical guidance to users.

• Ensure the access controls of the IT application systems are properly configured.

• Perform any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Knowledge of C# programming language.

• Knowledge of Visual Basic or Windows PowerShell Scripting.

• knowledge in Microsoft SQL databases.

• Knowledge of Salesforce platform. (E.g. Salesforce)

• Knowledge in database management and IIS web server configuration is an added advantage.

• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and identify practical solutions.

• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
