As a Development Engineer, you’ll play a key part in developing scalable, high‑quality software solutions that abstract complexity and delight customers. You will:

• Create innovative solutions that simplify complexity and deliver exceptional user experiences
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software components
• Ensure world‑class performance, quality, and responsiveness across applications

• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, UX designers, and engineering peers

💡 Your Technical Superpowers

Frontend Engineering

• Strong expertise with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, and modern state management tools
• Ability to translate UX/UI wireframes into elegant, responsive, high-performance interfaces
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross‑browser behavior
• Proficiency with bundlers like Webpack, Vite, Babel, or similar

Backend / Platform Engineering

• Hands-on experience with Java & Spring frameworks
• Understanding of Node.js, RESTful API design, and microservices
• Knowledge of the Java class-loading mechanism
• Experience designing scalable database schemas

Engineering Excellence

• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns
• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and API-first development
• Skilled in using Git and modern build tools (GitHub, Maven, Gradle)
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks

• 6+ years of experience building robust applications, preferably using the Java–Spring technology stack
