Job Summary
Join Irys as a Technical Support & Operations Executive to ensure smooth RFID hardware and software operations, manage inventory and dispatch for timely, accurate order fulfillment, and provide frontline technical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot RFID hardware and software issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Set up, configure, and test RFID readers, scanners, and printers to guarantee device readiness and functionality.
- Maintain precise inventory records, including device serial numbers, batch numbers, and stock movements, to support accurate tracking.
- Prepare and dispatch customer orders adhering strictly to quality and accuracy standards to meet delivery commitments.
- Track incoming and outgoing stock and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Maintain detailed operational documentation, inventory logs, and dispatch records for transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical queries, coordinate repairs, and manage replacements.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Familiarity with software installation and configuration processes to support device setup
- Basic understanding of device connectivity and troubleshooting methodologies to diagnose issues
- Prior experience or familiarity with inventory management and dispatch operations to support operational efficiency
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate stock records
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams
