Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including consolidated accounts and variance analysis.
Prepare statutory financial statements and financial announcements (quarterly updates, half-year results, annual reports).
Ensure compliance with SGX listing rules, MAS REIT regulations, and accounting standards.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for portfolio and asset performance.
Manage tax compliance, GST submissions, and regulatory requirements, including Interested Party Transactions (IPTs).
Oversee cash flow planning, treasury matters, and loan covenant monitoring.
Support financing activities such as debt refinancing and lender coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, trustees, and banks.
Strengthen internal controls and financial processes to improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

Education

Experience & Skills

8–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit with exposure to REITs or real estate investment/asset management
Strong understanding of REIT regulations, SGX listing rules, and MAS guidelines
Proficiency in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, FP&A, and tax compliance
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with trustees, lenders, and financial institutions is an advantage
