Web Developer | UI/UX Designer | F&B & E-Commerce Industry

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Web Developer / UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining websites and digital platforms to enhance online presence, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. You will ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for customers while supporting internal teams with digital tools and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development

• Design, develop, and maintain websites, landing pages, and microsites.

• Ensure website performance, security, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Update menus, pricing, promotions, seasonal offerings, or product content as needed.

• Integrate enquiry forms, booking systems, payment gateways, and third-party tools.

• Manage hosting, basic server, domain, and CMS administration.

• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.

UI/UX Design

• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with brand identity.

• Improve customer journeys, from browsing to enquiry and checkout.

• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other design assets.

• Conduct usability testing and implement improvements.

• Ensure mobile-first and customer-friendly design.

Business & Operations Support

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.

• Support online campaigns, promotional launches, and product updates.

• Optimize websites for conversions (enquiries, orders, leads).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date content aligned with operational needs.

SEO & Analytics (Basic)

• Implement basic SEO best practices.

• Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.

• Recommend improvements based on data insights.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Web Development, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant web development or UI/UX experience (e-commerce or F&B experience is a plus).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar).

• Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

• Basic understanding of SEO, web analytics, and website performance optimization.

• Experience integrating forms, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
