The Position Job Title: Product Executive Type: Contract position (6 or 12 months) Reporting to: Senior Product Manager Job Description: We are looking for a Product Executive to support MoneyOwl’s product team in building and improving digital products that help customers make better financial decisions. You’ll help in researching Singapore financial schemes, translating insights into product requirements, and helping the team plan, test, and design customer-first product experiences. You’ll work closely with Design and Engineering to move features from concept to launch. Key Responsibilities: a. Support product planning: help scope features, map user journeys, create simple wireframe-level flows (with Design), and track timelines/dependencies. b. Assist in user testing (test plans, recruiting, running sessions, capturing insights) and iterate on flows based on findings. c. Research and consolidate Singapore schemes/policies (e.g., CPF, HDB, taxes, healthcare/insurance-related schemes) into clear, user-friendly product logic and content. d. Turn research into product inputs: define user problems, write user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain documentation. e. Support product design execution: review UX copy, ensure clarity/accuracy, and coordinate feedback loops with stakeholders. Requirements: • Fresh graduate or 0–2 years’ experience • Strong communication and structured thinking • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Design and Engineering. • Detail-oriented with high standards for clarity and correctness (especially when translating policy/rules into product logic). • Good understanding of personal finance topics such as budgeting, national schemes (e.g., CPF), insurance, and investments. Preferred Experience • Familiarity with personal finance topics (budgeting, CPF/national schemes, insurance, investments). • Experience in technology or product development is a bonus Key attributes and qualifications • Diploma/Degree in Business, Management or Finance. • An independent, meticulous, and task-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and organisation skills. • Must be a strong team player, proactive and able to work independently. • Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and drive. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives. • Passionate about financial literacy and empowering people to make wise money decisions.
