Architectural Coordinator

JOB SCOPE Responsible for executing the company projects in architectural works in building construction which covers: • Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings • Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation • Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters • Supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety & environmental regulations • Supervise project activities to comply with the Company’s ISO system Job Requirements • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works in building construction • Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
