Job Summary

The Finance Manager oversees all financial operations at Horizon Singapore Terminals Pte Ltd, ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate policies. This role delivers strategic financial guidance to support terminal operations, infrastructure investments, and commercial decisions, driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure management to optimize financial performance and resource allocation
• Manage financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with Singapore tax laws, statutory requirements, and accounting standards, safeguarding corporate governance
• Analyze financial data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and support long-term business objectives
• Oversee risk management controls to protect the company’s financial health and ensure operational resilience
• Collaborate with holding companies, shareholders, financiers, auditors, and regulatory authorities to maintain transparent and effective stakeholder communication
• Guide and develop the finance team by fostering leadership skills and ensuring adherence to governance and internal controls
• Utilize financial modelling and advanced Excel skills to support investment appraisals and commercial evaluations
• Leverage proficiency in SAP (preferred) to enhance financial system efficiency and reporting accuracy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Experience in finance roles within oil & gas, logistics, or infrastructure industries (8–10 years preferred)
