Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect specializing in SAP Material Management (MM) to design and deliver innovative SAP solutions across Supply Chain Planning and Execution domains. This role will bridge business requirements with SAP technology solutions, focusing on Inventory Management and Asset Management while supporting both pre-sales and project delivery activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP MM, SAP PM, and SAP WM, along with experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and working closely with business stakeholders to design scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Design and deliver SAP Supply Chain Management solutions across SAP MM, SAP PM, and SAP WM modules.
• Assess business requirements and recommend technology-driven process improvements.
• Lead solution architecture design and ensure alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Conduct solution evaluations and technical feasibility assessments.

Pre-Sales & Consulting

• Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals, presentations, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) demonstrations.
• Propose SAP solutions and recommend suitable technologies based on business requirements.
• Estimate project scope, effort, and resources required for implementation.
• Lead business workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

• Engage stakeholders effectively across sales, project delivery, and implementation phases.
• Build strong long-term customer relationships by anticipating business needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand services or enhance existing solutions.

Partnership & Capability Development

• Identify and manage partnerships with technology and product vendors.
• Develop reusable solution assets and frameworks to improve efficiency in solution delivery.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and competency development within the solution architecture community.

Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor and guide Solution Architects and presales teams.
• Conduct enablement sessions and develop training materials to strengthen internal capabilities.
• Support competency development initiatives to drive innovation and best practices.

Requirements

• 15–18 years of SAP Supply Chain Management experience with strong expertise in SAP MM, SAP PM, and SAP WM.
• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, including ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
• Experience working on Singapore Public Sector SAP projects is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, pre-sales consulting, and business process transformation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to travel when required.
