Responsibilities:

1. Product Planning and Strategy Formulation

Responsible for product planning and design in the company's core business domains, formulating product roadmaps based on business development needs, and clarifying the direction and rhythm of product iteration. Core business domains include but are not limited to:
Supply Chain Collaboration Domain: Procurement Management (SRM), Supplier Collaboration Platform, Customs Management (CMS), Order Management (OMS).
Warehousing and Logistics Domain: Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), Cold Chain Monitoring System, International Logistics Tracking Platform.
Continuously monitor competing products in the industry and cutting-edge technology trends (such as supply chain digitization, IoT, blockchain traceability, etc.) to provide inputs for product innovation.

2. Requirements Analysis and Product Design

Communicate with business departments (procurement, operations, warehousing, sales, etc.), and collect and sort out product requirements through methods such as interviews, research, and process analysis.
Independently complete product function design and output high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRD), including business flow charts, functional structure diagrams, prototype design, field rules, exception handling logic, etc.

Organize a requirements review meeting to clearly explain the product plan to business stakeholders and the R&D team, ensuring that all parties have a consistent understanding of the requirements.

3. Project Management and Delivery Promotion

Collaborate with the project manager (or act as the product owner) to drive the product development process, follow up on the entire process of User Interface Design, technical development, and testing and verification to ensure the product is launched on schedule.
Participated in the system UAT testing, responsible for functional acceptance, and ensured that the delivery quality met the expected requirements.
Coordinate to resolve issues such as requirement changes, technical bottlenecks, and resource conflicts that arise during the project process, ensuring the smooth delivery of the product.

4. Product Operation and Continuous Iteration

Responsible for the daily operational support of the launched products, including user training, operation manual compilation, FAQ answering, user feedback collection, etc.
Track product usage data (such as feature usage rate, operational efficiency, error rate, etc.), identify optimization opportunities through data analysis and user follow-up, and drive continuous product iteration.
Establish a closed-loop mechanism for product feedback, regularly synchronize product iteration progress with business departments, and collect requirements for the next stage.

5. Business Understanding and Knowledge Accumulation

Precipitate product design methodology and industry knowledge and participate in establishing the product team's standard system (such as requirement templates, prototype specifications, review processes, etc.).

Requirements:

More than 5 years of work experience as a Product Manager/Product Specialist.
Possess product experience in the supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or food industry, and have a deep understanding of at least one core business domain (procurement/warehousing/transportation/B2B transactions).
Proficient in product design tools such as Axure, Figma, Sketch, Visio, XMind, etc., capable of producing high-quality prototypes and flowcharts.
Proficient in using tools such as SQL and Excel for basic data analysis, with a data-driven product optimization mindset.
Possess technical knowledge (API, database, front-end and back-end interaction logic, etc.), and be able to communicate smoothly with the R&D team.
Good sense of user experience and can provide professional suggestions on Interaction Design and Visual Design.
Possess strong implementation capabilities, take responsibility for product delivery results, and never give up easily.
