Key Roles & Responsibilities

IT Service Management

• Monitor and report SLA/KPI performance for in-scope systems to the client.
• Liaise directly with stakeholders, operations managers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and operational support.
• Monitor operational and compliance concerns and propose effective resolutions.
• Provide monthly reports on system health, operational status, risks, change requests (CR/SR), and system issues.
• Review and validate IT asset inventory including hardware, software, network equipment, and endpoints.
• Ensure records maintained by the Asset Officer remain accurate and updated.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in IT Governance, IT Security Operations, or Cybersecurity roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and security frameworks.
• Experience with security monitoring tools (Splunk, ArcSight, EDR) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with incident management, vulnerability management, and risk management processes.
