Compliance Manager (Up to $9,000) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing & maintaining APAC country specific compliance policy and process documents, training materials, providing help and guidance and awareness
• Assist with the reviewing, updating and development of compliance policies and procedures
• Ensure all data protection/security issues from audits or risks raised are recorded, with ownership, and tracking remediation tasks to closure/mitigation/acceptance of risks
• Manage annual risk assessment program covering information security, data protection, health & safety, environment, and social governance
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Legal Risk Register (APAC)
• Engage in the annual site audits and management of any remediation plans as well as the monthly meetings
• Respond to client information security assessments and incident investigation and reporting
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Compliance functions
• Proficient in MS Office
