✨ About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an Associate, Full Stack Developer to join our in-house tech team. You’ll work across the stack to design, build, and scale the digital products that power Martingale, from internal systems to external platforms.

Expect a mix of frontend craftsmanship, backend logic, and architectural thinking. You’ll work on real problems, shape real products, and build tools that evolve how our teams operate and innovate.

🧠 What You Will Do

• Front-End Development: Build fast, responsive, clean interfaces.
• Back-End Development: Develop and maintain stable, secure systems and services.
• Systems Architecture: Support scalable infrastructure and optimise performance across tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, ops, trading, and brand teams to turn ideas into real, usable products.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to internal tools, automation pipelines, and steady technical upgrades across the studio.

🧰 What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or full-stack development.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.
• Proficiency across the stack: frontend, backend, and basic infrastructure.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain stable backend systems and APIs.
• Clear thinker and communicator with a strong sense of ownership, taking projects from idea to execution.
• Collaborative mindset and resourceful, able to troubleshoot open-ended technical challenges.
• Adaptable, curious, and willing to explore emerging technologies with maintainability and scalability in mind.
• Familiarity with blockchain, distributed systems, or on-chain integrations.
