Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive projects in Smart Factory 4.0 solutions for semiconductor factories. The role spans business development, project scoping, prototype development, supplier coordination, and overseeing production and installation of automation systems globally. This position combines technical expertise with sales and project management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Business Development

• Maintain relationships with existing semiconductor clients and solicit new projects

• Understand customer requirements, perform project scoping, and identify necessary components, software, and integration requirements

• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions, and present them to customers for validation

• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms and pricing, and secure project deals

• Coordinate internal resources and suppliers/sub-contractors to ensure timely project execution

• Oversee production, assembly, installation, and testing of systems for semiconductor factories

Component & Vendor Management

• Identify and negotiate with vendors for components and product servicing

• Prepare component costing, sales proposals, and follow up to close deals

• Ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of components and final products

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Design mechanical jigs and fixtures to support fab improvement and safety enhancement projects

• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to oversee development, fabrication, installation, and testing of in-house digitalization initiatives

Team Leadership

• Lead, manage, and train team members to ensure effective execution of projects

• Foster a culture of accountability, skill development, and technical excellence

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or wafer fab industry

• Strong knowledge of Automation, IoT, and AI technologies

• Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to installation

• Commercial acumen with experience in client-facing roles and proposal management

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,000 basic + Car Allowance $800/month + Variable Bonus + AWS

• Location: Tampines

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Annual Leave: 18 days + 1 extra day per year of service (up to 24 days)

• Flexible Benefits: SGD 1,200 per month

• Car Benefits: 50% petrol reimbursement
