• facilitate cross-departmental workshops to define and document user access provisioning workflows.

• oversee the integration of business applications into the centralized identity management suite.

• design and implement complex access structures including role-based policies and permission sets.

• perform comprehensive impact assessments and establish robust segregation of duties frameworks.

• manage annual access recertification cycles and ensure timely resolution of stakeholder inquiries.

skills and experience required
