Bank Business Analyst - Client Onboarding

Role: Business Analyst
Duration: 6-9-months contract
Location: Singapore

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

• Project Scoping
• Participate in the project as Business Analyst from the Operations perspective
• Gather and define user stories and create a backlog (including functional, non-functional, legal and operational requirements) for Client Onboarding + AI projects
• Partner with business leads to identify needs for the various projects
• Facilitate timeline and budget estimates; facilitate business case preparation
• Set up project governance and project team

Professional and Technical

• Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in private banking
• 3+ years’ experience with agile delivery approaches (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), ideally working experience in similar role.
• Experience in working with Client Onboarding with AI in Private banking / Wealth Management domain.
• Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering within above space
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement assertiveness
• Experience in finding operational synergies and performing impact analysis on business models, tools and processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and taking a hands-on approach.
