Lead Software Engineer (Java / Backend/ Up to 10K Salary + Attractive Bonus/ Central/ Permanent Role)

Responsibility:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to design and implement technical solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering and produce technical documentation.
• Define and enforce development standards, including code quality, documentation, and unit testing.
• Support project planning through effort estimation and task breakdown.
• Ensure all development follows coding standards, security practices, and corporate processes.
• Oversee testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and code reviews.
• Support system integration testing and coordinate issue resolution during testing cycles.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, SQL/PLSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and XML.
• Experience with Oracle databases is an advantage.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security) and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Angular/React, Bootstrap, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Kafka, IBM MQ, or Solace messaging platforms.
• Solid understanding of microservices, MVC, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience building secure, scalable cloud-native applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and LLM concepts is a plus.
• Experience in financial services or payments systems is a plus.
