Assistant Finance Manager

Accountant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audit.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, cost-control measures, and performance targets to support business growth.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local standards.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, intercompany settlements, and funding activities.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; monitor financial KPIs and operational performance.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities (IRAS), and regulatory bodies on all statutory and compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA, and IRAS requirements.
• Maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation procedures.
• Support Board and management reporting, including preparation of resolutions, AGM/Board papers, and statutory filings.
