Job Descriptions:

Management of project and be responsible to fulfil contract obligations.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support project objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely purchase and delivery of services and equipment.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Monitor, implement and track project progress accordance to contractual requirements to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to assign and track progress toward achieving project objectives.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
Manage project variations to project scope, schedule and costs.
Report project status to Project Director and Senior Management.
Perform project evaluations and assess results for continuous improvement.
Protect organisation’s interest in the course of project management.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager/Assistant Manager or in similar role, with at least 10 years in project management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Experienced in IT and/ or Security Projects
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS project.
Able to lead, excel and overcome adversity with excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
