Product Manager – Fund Management

Our client, a reputable Fund Management company is looking to hire an experienced Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and management of investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investment products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and industry trends.
• Work closely with portfolio managers, investment, sales, and compliance teams to develop and launch new fund products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept, structuring, approval, launch, and ongoing enhancements.
• Prepare product materials, presentations, and client documentation to support distribution and marketing.
• Monitor product performance, AUM growth, and investor demand, providing insights for product strategy.
• Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in product management within asset management, fund houses, or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of investment products, fund structures, and capital markets.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (investment, distribution, compliance).
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA would be an advantage.
