Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Overseeing the innovation and improvement of the business’s product as well as the day-to-day product activities in such a way that ensures that the product is constantly growing to suit tiket.com consumers’ needs. Ensures that necessary steps are being taken to make any modifications that are being made in the product or strategy in order to bring out the best results for the business.
  • Partners up with other department (such as engineering department, design, sales, marketing) leaders in order to align and execute product strategies and ensure that each department receives the right level of support and to deliver the business’s product into the market.
  • Responsible for spearheading investigation and analyses on the product and the product market.
  • Direct, monitor, and develop the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Architect and communicate a long-term roadmap for the Experiences vertical and B2B affiliate ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to solve complex product challenges across Demand (User UX), Supply (Operator tools), and Extranet (Merchant management) systems.
  • OTA Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of specific travel tech hurdles, including global inventory distribution, cross-border payments, and high-value booking flows.
  • Experience building, inspiring, and managing medium-to-large product teams in high-growth environments.
  • Understanding of analytical skills (SQL, BI tools) to gather insights and translate complex user behavior/market data into actionable product shifts.
  • Mastery of Agile/Scrum, discovery frameworks, user research, and scaling products from MVP to global maturity.
  • Solid grasp of API design, system scalability, data pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure to support external partners.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to align Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Deep understanding of P&L management, ROI analysis, and monetization strategies for digital products.
  • Proven capability in managing high-stakes vendor relationships and negotiating favorable commercial terms.
  • Strong focus on proactive risk mitigation, including fraud prevention and international regulatory compliance.
