Responsibilities
- The Senior Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all company accounting operations, ensuring that financial records are accurately maintained and reported according to established standards and regulations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Managing all company accounting functions to ensure precise and reliable financial record-keeping and reporting. This includes supervising daily accounting activities and maintaining documentation in accordance with best practices.
- Utilising accounting software efficiently to process transactions and safeguard the integrity of financial data. The role requires familiarity with various platforms to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Preparing profit and loss statements to provide clear insights into the company’s financial performance. This involves analysing revenues and expenses to generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Compiling and submitting Government reports in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Accounting Manager ensures that all statutory obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Applying knowledge of the Singapore Ministry of Manpower and the Inland Revenue Authority regulations to ensure statutory requirements.
Coordinating The preparation of annual audit documents to support external auditing processes. This includes gathering and organising financial information, liaising with auditors, and facilitating a smooth audit experience.
