Product Manager (Cybersecurity / Distributor Environment)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand the portfolio of cybersecurity products, technical services, and related solutions.
• Lead initiatives to improve service quality and create new service offerings, ensuring products remain competitive in the market.
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support medium- and long-term business strategy.
• Develop and maintain business cases for pricing, special terms, and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with service delivery and operations teams to ensure efficient and effective product deployment.
• Collaborate with the sales team to win and retain customers, offering tailored solutions and competitive pricing when needed.
• Evaluate and analyze potential partner relationships to support product growth.
• Gather and specify market requirements for current and future products through research and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in IT related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates without formal IT qualifications are welcome if they have 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong motivation to learn, or candidates with sales experience in other industries, are encouraged to apply.
• Proven track record in computer networks or IT security sales is an advantage.
• Experience working in a distribution or channel-based environment is preferred.
