• Work Location: Jurong Island, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $5500 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract
• Provision of transport to pick up at Jurong East/ Outram Park MRT

Responsibility

• Provide end‑to‑end technical solutions to customers, including tooling support, CAE analysis, and injection molding expertise.
• Conduct market research on emerging technology trends to support current and future targeted applications.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop mid‑term and long‑term business strategies for target applications.
• Deliver technical support to the commercial team in achieving short‑term budget and performance targets.
• Evaluate and apply analysis methods to align with customer requirements, supplying accurate data for application development.
• Translate customer application needs into material property specifications for R&D to formulate new materials.
• Support negotiations with customers on technical property limitations of newly developed materials for specific applications.
• Drive technical marketing initiatives, including training for partners/customers, trade show participation, and molding trials with customers.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical/Material Engineering or equivalent and recognized by relevant authority
• Frequent overseas travel for training and service assignments may be required; candidates with flexibility to travel will be viewed favorably.
• Knowledge in Polymer / Plastics is a must.
• Candidate possess valid Singapore driving license is an added advantage
• Good Business acumen will be an advantage
• Good knowledge with Microsoft excel and power point presentation will be an advantage
• Previous exposure to Laboratory analysis equipment will be an advantage
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
