QA Engineer (manufacturing/semicon/precision)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.
• Manage Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and deliver timely solutions.
• Conduct supplier audits and support vendor qualification/re-certification.
• Improve QA processes, workflows, and drive continuous quality initiatives.
• Prepare clear, actionable QA reports for leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on with metrology tools: Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height & Depth Gauge, Profile Projector, Gauge Block, Smart Scope.
• Skilled in problem-solving (8D, FMEA, QC analysis).
• Detail-oriented, documentation-focused, and a proactive team player.
