Oversee engineering and building maintenance operations, while leading the engineering team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility performance
We are looking for someone who has
Minimum 8 years of proven leadership experience in facilities management
In-depth technical knowledge in building and facilities management, CERT, risk assessment and workplace safety and health
Capability to problem solve and make rational decisions under pressure
Strong communication
Proactive follow-through
Flexibility to work beyond regular hours, weekends and public holidays
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
Conduct regular inspections and audits of building condition, equipment, and mechanical plant; identify maintenance needs and implement actions to ensure safe, efficient, and optimal operations
Supervise and coordinate the club’s maintenance planning and defect rectification, ensure timely completion of works with minimal disruption
Drive the club’s sustainability targets by identifying and implementing energy management and green building initiatives
Supervise and manage the Engineering team; oversee staffing, deployment, training, and performance to ensure operational excellence
Manage departmental budgets, CapEx, and purchases, and ensure timely renewal of service agreements, certifications, and permits
Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and statutory requirements
Oversee and coordinate upgrading projects and provide relevant support for club events
