Job Description
• Perform goods receiving and conduct thorough inspections for quality and quantity.
• Assist in the manual unloading of furniture and bulky products from incoming containers.
• Organize and manage storage locations to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control.
• Execute accurate order picking and goods issuance for customer delivery or collection.
• Handle goods loading and dispatch procedures while ensuring products are secured for transit.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) like forklifts and reach trucks for daily stock movement.
• Conduct professional chair installation and basic furniture assembly for outgoing orders.
• Manage the disposal of debris, packaging materials, and returned goods according to company SOPs.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.
• Update WMS and ERP systems promptly to ensure 100% real-time stock accuracy.
• Support stock take activities, including physical counts and investigating quantity discrepancies.
Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent (previous Inventory Controller experience is an asset).
• Must possess a valid forklift license with experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic experience with ERP or WMS platforms.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy furniture and manual labor.
• Strong team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Able to work a 5.25-day work week (including alternate Saturdays).
