Senior Backend Engineer/ Tech Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design and overall control of the game server architecture.
• Break down requirements based on game design needs, assign tasks, and manage workload distribution.
• Review team members’ feature designs and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Communicate and coordinate with operations and publishing teams, and participate in the design of related features.
• Write, maintain, and share technical documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, or related fields.
• Strong logical thinking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced development environment, strong sense of responsibility; candidates.
• At least 5 years of game development experience proficient in one of the following languages: Go (Golang), C++, or Java with good coding practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with more than 2 years of technical team management experience.
• Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms rigorous thinking, and strong ability to abstract, summarize, and identify problems.
• Proficient in Linux systems and shell scripting able to use Linux commands and tools effectively for problem analysis and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in MySQL / MongoDB / Redis with strong operational and programming capabilities.
• Proficient in network programming with solid knowledge of TCP/UDP proficient in multithreading technologies and related programming concepts.
• Proven team management experience with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in end-to-end backend development or management for a successfully launched mobile game is a strong advantage.
