We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager cum Business Analyst (IT Operations)

Job Highlights

Contract Duration: 11 months
Salary: Up to $5,400/month
Location: 10 Pasir Panjang Rd, #03‑01, Mapletree Business City
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or related discipline preferred

🧩 Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Service Delivery Support

• Support the day‑to‑day delivery and management of IT operations.
• Handle Level 1 troubleshooting, issue reporting, and escalation to higher support tiers.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and compliance with SLAs.

Testing & Rollout Support

• Conduct system testing, UAT, and rollout preparation.
• Assist in ensuring operational readiness for system enhancements and releases.

System Configuration & Optimisation

• Support system configuration activities and assist in optimisation efforts for IT applications.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth system performance.

Business Analysis & Requirement Tracking

• Gather and document functional, data, and interface requirements.
• Track changes and support requirement validation throughout project phases.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or IT systems support.
• Strong understanding of systems with multiple external interfaces.
• ITIL certification preferred; PMP certification is an advantage.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira is a bonus.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirement gathering and documentation.
• Able to manage issue reporting channels and provide timely troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
