With direct access to leadership (never more than two conversations from the Group CEO), we stay highly agile — moving fast to capture market opportunities and manage risks whilst also minimising internal friction and politics. You bring strong project and team management capability, paired with sound strategic thinking and operational discipline, to lead projects from conception through completion while keeping stakeholders aligned and the team performing at a high standard. • You have a deep understanding of the Singapore real estate industry, with proven experience in project management and delivery, able to drive progress across the full project lifecycle, from design development to tender award, construction commencement, completion, handover, and defects management, ensuring projects are executed with precision, within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. • Sales, marketing, and financial acumen are valuable strengths and a strong advantage in this role, but they are not essential requirements. What matters most is your ability to lead the team and deliver projects successfully, with commercial awareness and disciplined execution. Salary range: $10,250 - $16,400 per month
