Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for on-site survey, supervise, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Fixed network (GPON/DWDM/Switch).

Involved in the technical design of Fixed network (GPON/DWDM/Switch).

Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.

Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by customer according to SLA.

Good documents skill.

Main Requirements:

Diploma in Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or other related field of study

Minimum 2 years’ experience in relative environment involving GPON/DWDM/Switch network/SERVER.

Relative technical support skills in GPON/DWDM/Switch/SERVER will be preferred.

Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
