We are looking for a dynamic and passionate People & Culture Executive to join our People & Culture team! You will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding the best talent to support our hotel’s continued success.
Responsibilities
• Liaise with hiring managers to on manpower requirements, job details, and hiring documentation.
• Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and internal channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules, including arranging interview panels, meeting rooms, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, trackers, and candidate databases.
• Assist with preparation of offer letters, employment documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Support the organization and execution of walk-in interviews, recruitment drives, and career fairs.
• Prepare recruitment reports, summaries, and administrative paperwork as required.
• Perform other administrative or recruitment-related duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with a passion for people and recruitment excellence.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems, HR databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
