Job Description

Market Insights & Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct research on industry movements, customer segments, competitor strategies, and overall market needs to uncover potential areas for business growth.



Client Engagement & Account Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with current clients to support satisfaction and long-term retention, while understanding their operational requirements and recommending suitable service offerings such as cleaning solutions or integrated facilities management.



Prospecting & Pipeline Building:

  • Source new business opportunities through multiple channels - such as outreach calls, networking activities, and digital research - and assess leads to focus on those with the highest commercial value.



Proposal Creation & Pitching:

  • Develop persuasive proposals and deliver effective presentations that clearly showcase service capabilities, address client needs, and respond to questions from prospective customers.



Contract Negotiation & Onboarding:

  • Manage discussions on pricing, terms, and service scope, working alongside internal teams to ensure smooth service rollout and successful onboarding of new clients.



Sales Tracking & Performance Review:

  • Keep detailed records of sales interactions, opportunities, and outcomes, while preparing regular updates on pipeline progress, market observations, and overall sales results.



The Successful Applicant

  • A relevant educational background in business or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales in the cleaning services industry.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
