  • Monitoring system PRTG

  • Backup strategy VEEM

  • Network Cisco & Firewall Watchguard

  • NTFS structure and permissions (Legacy File System)

  • Teams/Sharepoint structure (Future File System)

  • Certified Security Operation Center (CSOC)

Microsoft Dynamics Finance & SCM, AX2009/AX2012 Infrastructure:

  • AOS Services

  • SQL Database

  • AxAPI, Customer portal, Webshop, Datawarehouse, etc

  • LCS, Powerplatform

  • Support Team: manage Customer Request (WIKA Serviceportal Ticket System)

  • Corporate IT Team: manage internal IT Projects and collaborate with Corporate IT

Project Services in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM and AX/AX2012

  • Functional consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, AX/AX2012, inclusive of WIKA Baseline

  • Technical Data migration of Microsoft Dynamics AX/AX2012/D365FO for Project rollout/workshop/training & Go Live

  • System Technical team of Dynamics D365FO/AX/AX2012: System administration, Electronic Reporting, Lasernet reporting, User security permissions, SER archive, LCS, AxAPI.

  • Second Level Support in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, AX/AX2012 (WIKA Serviceportal Ticket System)

  • Provide our customer with Best practice in Microsoft Dynamics AX/AX2012/D365FO and the related business processes

  • Provide our customer with Gap fix analysis and Change request (New Potentials) according customer requirements
