IT Audit Manager (MAS TRM/CCoP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a high volume of technology and regulatory audits, including interactions with regulators and external auditors.
• Serve as the main contact for regulatory inspections, reviews, and follow-up actions.
• Manage technology risk frameworks, including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), IT exceptions, and regulatory assessments.
• Prepare and present risk and governance metrics to management and risk committees.
• Oversee regulatory submissions, RFIs, remediation plans, and closure tracking.
• Drive governance initiatives across third-party risk, application governance, and information security.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a small team, ensuring delivery quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 10 years of risk, audit, or governance experience, with at least 8 years in IT audit, IT risk, or IT governance roles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and frameworks such as MAS TRM, Cyber Hygiene Notice, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Proven experience engaging MAS and external auditors.
• Strong written communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong control assessment and risk evaluation capabilities.
• Prior experience managing team members or leading audit/risk workstreams.
