Job Description
Responsibilities for Technical Support Engineer
• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing company Products (Printers, Cutting Plotters, etc.) including software application.
• Provide technical support to company dealers and customers on company products.
• Attend to customer's complaints and provide solutions that address their needs.
• Provide Technical Training to Oversea Dealers on company products.
• To record and submit all service data and reports properly as and when required.
• Logistic-related In-Out and Inventory management to ensure spare part availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, sales, technical support) and external stakeholders (distributors, customers) to support pre-sales activities such as sample printing, promotion kit preparation, and machine specification testing.
Qualifications
• Good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Min O level or its equivalent.
• At least one year of related working experience (printer related).
• Valid Class 2/3 driving license is a plus.
• Candidates with no relevant work experience are also welcome to apply.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Able to read technical manuals and create technical reports upon dispatch.
• Work experience in the same industry(no matter is dealer or manufacturer) is a plus.
