Summary

• Leads capital markets, capital structure, equity & debt raising
• Owns investor relations
• Advises CEO, Board, and Executive Directors
• Shapes group-level financial strategy, not just reporting or controls
• Has direct influence on strategic decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead equity and debt initiatives, including placements, rights issues, and refinancing
• Manage banking relationships and optimize the balance sheet for operations and projects
• Translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for CEO and Board Drive investor relations with a consistent, credible financial narrative Ensure governance and compliance add value beyond routine finance

Expertise

• CFO or senior finance leader in a listed or capital-market-facing environment
• Strong expertise in capital raising, banking negotiations, and investor relations
• Ability to influence and advise the Board with clarity and strategic insight
• Candidate with experience in project financing will has a added advantages.
