We are seeking an Accounting Manager to strengthen our financial foundation as we scale our impact across the region. This role goes beyond accounting, you will drive accurate month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis that guide strategic decision-making. You will also support ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Role Overview
As part of our local and overseas expansion, we are looking for an Accounting Manager (AM) to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in managing the group’s accounting, financial reporting, and audit readiness.
The AM will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including supervising Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll, while taking ownership of general ledger, monthly closing, consolidation, tax, and audit coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong accounting background, hands-on experience in financial reporting and audits, and the ability to supervise a finance team. Experience in listed companies or IPO-related environments will be an advantage.
Ultimately, you will ensure the group’s financial records are accurate, timely, audit-ready, and aligned with regulatory and accounting standards, supporting the company’s growth and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. Group Accounting & Financial Reporting
Oversee the full spectrum of group accounting, including GL, AP, AR, Payroll, and fixed assets
Supervise finance operations staff and ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Prepare and review management accounts, variance analysis, and CFO reporting packs
Perform group consolidation, inter-company eliminations, and balance sheet reconciliations
Ensure proper maintenance and updating of the accounting system
Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS(I)) / IFRS, where applicable
2. Audit & IPO Readiness
Support the CFO in audit and IPO preparation activities, including:
Financial track record preparation
Audit schedules and working papers
Documentation of accounting policies and internal controls
Act as a key liaison with external auditors and internal auditors
Respond to audit queries and assist in audit issue resolution
Assist in internal control documentation, testing, and remediation
3. Tax & Statutory Compliance
Oversee corporate tax, GST, and statutory filing
Coordinate with external tax agents on tax computations and submissions
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, with:
Strong group accounting exposure
Hands-on experience in GL, month-end closing, and consolidation
Key Requirements & Competencies
Experience in a listed company, IPO, or pre-IPO environment is an advantage
Proven experience supporting financial and internal audits
Prior experience supervising finance teams (AP / AR / Payroll)
Solid knowledge of accounting standards (SFRS(I) / IFRS)
Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, NetSuite)
Advanced Excel skills (financial formulas, reconciliations, reporting schedules)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify numerical discrepancies
Highly organised, meticulous, and deadline-driven
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong internal control, governance, and ownership mindset
