Project Manager

Job Summary

You will lead programming, scheduling, and progress tracking for multiple projects, coordinating with site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery. You will develop and monitor equipment and manpower deployment plans, provide regular progress reports, and communicate project status to stakeholders, driving project success and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules to track progress and identify variances for timely corrective actions
• Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors to resolve progress issues and ensure alignment with project timelines
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports to inform management and stakeholders of project status and risks
• Develop, monitor, and review equipment and manpower deployment plans to optimize resource utilization on project sites
• Communicate project status clearly and proactively to all project participants, acting as the primary point of contact
• Monitor project progress daily to identify and escalate schedule variances promptly to management
• Execute ad-hoc assignments as directed by superiors to support project objectives
• Apply knowledge of Plumbing and Sanitary Works to enhance project execution and compliance where applicable

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical), Construction, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing multiple project sites with demonstrated ability to coordinate site activities
• BCA BCPPF qualification or currently enrolled in the course

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Plumbing, Sanitary, and Gas systems to support project requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills applied to project reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of project management principles to effectively plan and control project execution
