Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
- Manage the product lifecycle including product launch, growth, and post-launch performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Work closely with sales teams to support product promotion and market penetration.
- Prepare product training materials and provide product knowledge to sales representatives.
- Coordinate with regulatory and medical teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor product performance and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles, budgeting and financial analysis related to product performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Experience in product launches and pharmaceutical marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret clinical and scientific information for marketing purposes.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
