HIRING FULL-TIME SECURITY CENTRE FLEX SENIOR SPECIALIST

Salary (Gross): 

$4,850 to $5,550 / month 

Shift details: 

•⁠ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Excluding Public Holidays)

** Flexibility is required for after-hours support, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary

Job Description:

The Security Centre Flex Senior Specialist supports operational oversight within the APAC Security Control Centre, ensuring effective monitoring, incident response, and intelligence support functions. This role serves as a senior operational resource responsible for maintaining shift effectiveness while providing supervisory support and operational continuity when required.

•⁠  ⁠Monitor security systems including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm

platforms

•⁠  ⁠Respond to real-time incidents and escalate threats in accordance with established protocols

•⁠  ⁠Function as a senior team member overseeing day-to-day shift operations and supporting Security Centre Senior Specialists

•⁠  ⁠Monitor global and regional events, including political instability, crime trends, and emerging threats, to assess risks impacting travelers, personnel, and operations

•⁠  ⁠Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) gathering to produce:

•⁠  ⁠Travel advisories

•⁠  ⁠Traveler briefings

•⁠  ⁠Situational and intelligence reports

•⁠  ⁠Support incident management and crisis response activities across the Control Centre

•⁠  ⁠Exercise analytical thinking and problem-solving to support operational decision-making

•⁠  ⁠Ensure operational continuity by backfilling Senior Specialist shifts when required, including during emergencies or manpower contingencies

•⁠  ⁠Maintain accurate incident documentation and reporting standards

Requirements:

•⁠  ⁠2–3 years of experience in a relevant field such as:

•⁠  ⁠Security intelligence

•⁠  ⁠Risk management

•⁠  ⁠Crisis response

•⁠  ⁠GSOC / Security Operations Centre environment

•⁠  ⁠Experience working within a 24/7 operational or monitoring environment preferred

•⁠  ⁠Strong analytical and situational assessment skills

•⁠  ⁠Proficiency in security technologies and monitoring platforms

•⁠  ⁠Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage concurrent incidents
