Salary (Gross): 

$6,350 – $7,050 / month

Shift details: 

•⁠ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Excluding Public Holidays)

** Flexibility is required for after-hours support, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary

Job Description:

The Security Centre Flex Supervisor provides operational leadership within the APAC Security Operations Centre, ensuring effective shift management, incident response, and operational excellence across security monitoring functions. This role serves as a senior supervisory position responsible for maintaining operational readiness while supporting global security initiatives and emergency response requirements.

•⁠  ⁠Provide leadership and oversight of Control Centre shift teams while collaborating across functions to enhance overall team effectiveness

•⁠  ⁠Supervise day-to-day security operations, including operational performance,

training, and shift readiness

•⁠  ⁠Lead incident response and crisis management activities during assigned coverage periods

•⁠  ⁠Manage and coordinate incidents end-to-end while supporting wider Global

Security emergency operations

•⁠  ⁠Exercise critical thinking and sound judgment when facilitating communications and operational solutions affecting personnel and business leadership

•⁠  ⁠Communicate clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders and executive-level leadership

•⁠  ⁠Ensure quality control of all shift deliverables, including incident reports, situational updates, verbal briefings, and documentation standardization

•⁠  ⁠Maintain high standards of customer service and operational consistency

•⁠  ⁠Backfill Shift Supervisor duties when required, including during operational

contingencies or emergencies•⁠  ⁠Utilize and oversee security technologies such as CCTV, Access Control, and

Incident Management Systems

Requirements:

•⁠  ⁠3–5 years of relevant experience in:

•⁠  ⁠Law enforcement

•⁠  ⁠Military or intelligence environment

•⁠  ⁠GSOC / APAC Security Operations Centre

•⁠  ⁠Equivalent private sector security operations experience

•⁠  ⁠Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience

•⁠  ⁠Strong leadership, decision-making, and incident management capabilities

•⁠  ⁠Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

•⁠  ⁠Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments
