Finance Manager

Our client from the manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in partnership with operations and commercial teams.
• Build financial models and analyses to support business performance and strategic decisions.
• Analyze production and operating costs to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide insights on key operational metrics, inventory levels, and working capital.
• Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams to improve cost control and profitability.
• Prepare management reports with clear variance analysis and business insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support investment, pricing, and capacity-related decisions through financial evaluation.
• Conduct scenario and risk analysis to guide strategic planning.
• Coordinate with auditors and external advisors to ensure compliance.
• Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Improve finance processes, reporting, and analytical tools on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related academic background.
• Relevant professional credentials (e.g. CPA, CMA, ACCA) are an added advantage.
• At least five years’ experience in financial planning, analysis, or comparable finance functions, preferably in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment.
• Strong grasp of cost structures, inventory flows, and end-to-end supply chain finance.
• Practical experience working with ERP platforms and advanced spreadsheet modelling.
• Exposure to reporting or analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is beneficial.
