IP Network Engineer

Job Description:

• Responsible for Huawei enterprise networking products after-sales support
• Require to provide low level network solution/design to office/channel partner/key account customers.
• Require to work as a team with either regional/HQ or Singapore team.
• Require to work under minimum supervision to complete tasks assigned.
• Require to provide high quality technical proposal.
• Require to be able to present technical solution professionally for channel partner and customer.
• To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
• CCNA and HCIA will be an added advantage.
• Basic hands-on experience in enterprise networking through internship, academic projects, or lab environments (e.g., switch configuration, AP onboarding, network troubleshooting).
• Must have fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, routing, WLAN, firewall concepts, and basic SDN principles.
• Familiarity with virtualization or cloud environments (e.g., VMware, AWS, GNS3).
• Self-motivated, proactive learner with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to work independently under guidance and complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication and address progress, issues, and requirement precisely with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
